1. Are you licensed, insured and bonded?
Yes, Freight Exchange, Inc. is fully licensed, bonded and insured to ensure the safety and security of your freight.
2. How long have you been in business?
We have been proudly serving the transportation industry since 1996.
3. What types of freight do you handle?
We handle everything from a single piece or skid to a full truckload. However, we do not handle oversized or over-dimensional freight, vehicles or wide loads requiring special permits.
4. What areas do you service?
We provide transportation services from coast to coast and border to border in the United States.
5. What if I am not the shipper or the receiver?
No problem! We schedule both pickups and deliveries. If you purchase a truckload of material from one place to sell it to another, we will manage the logistics and establish the necessary relationships with both the shipper and receiver.
6. How do you ensure safety and compliance?
We work closely with the safety departments of our trucking partners to ensure all carriers are licensed, qualified and insured. We hold insurance certificates for all our carriers and can facilitate any claims directly with the insurance company, so you don’t have to.
